Incarnate Word Catholic Church would like to pray for you and your intentions.  Simply fill out the "How Can We Pray for You?" form above and it will be added to the ongoing "Prayer Request List" available to parishioners and prayer teams.  Prayer intentions can be anonymous, but your first name and email will be required.  For questions, please email [email protected].
