Incarnate Word’s Marriage Enrichment Ministry creates opportunities to enrich our understanding of God’s plan for the sacrament of marriage. This is accomplished by hosting social events for learning and fellowship and presenting programs for ongoing formation, either with other married couples or on your own as a couple. We strive to be a parish community of friends who accompany each other on the path to holiness and living out of the sacrament of marriage. Listed below are some of our upcoming events and activities.
10/7 Parish Date Night with Nashville Duo
All engaged and married couples are invited to Date Night immediately following 5:00pm Mass on 10/7. Pappy’s Smokehouse food truck will be serving dinner and Nashville singer/songwriter Jenny Teator will be entertaining us. Registration is $20/couple which includes an open bar and entertainment. Register by clicking HERE, by texting IWDATENIGHT23 to 76278 or on the parish website.
Please help us setup or bartend the event by volunteering HERE.
10/22 Marriage Enrichment Small Groups begin
Our marriage enrichment program this Fall/Winter is Witness to Love – Belonging. There are 3 ways to participate: (1) join a small group at IW Sunday morning (with free childcare) or in a host couple's home throughout the week; (2) start your own small group; or (3) at home with your spouse on your own. The program includes 6 sessions with each session expected to last 1 1/2 hours; all materials are provided. Please see the link below to find out all the details and/or to register. Also know that if you cannot make one of the dates, you can access the material from home with your laptop or even an app on your phone. For more details or to register for a small group, click HERE or please help us offer free childcare Sunday mornings to participating couples by volunteering HERE.
