Junior High Ministry
Are you a junior high student who wants to have fun – going to events, retreats, and summer camps – all in a person-affirming Catholic environment? This can be such an amazing time of your life, and Edge can be a big part of that.
No one is just like you. You’re unique – loved by God– and possessing your own special gifts, with so much to contribute. Edge needs you! Our goal is to help bring faith alive in the lives of 6th-8th grade students.

Luke 18 Retreat
Calling all 7th and 8th graders for the Luke 18 retreat. This is the highlight of the year for our Junior High students. The retreat will take place here at Incarnate Word and be led by our high school teens from the Life Teen Program. The weekend is hosted by Dan Huss, our parish youth minister and Adam Bitter the music director of Life Teen.
The retreat is open to students from all parishes and faiths.

LifeTeen
Are you a teenager who wants to discover the beauty of a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church? How that might change your life forever – for the better?
You’re invited to experience LifeTeen at Incarnate Word. It’s part of a national Roman Catholic movement, but the success of the Incarnate Word program has actually made it one of the largest Catholic formation programs for teens in the entire region!
It’s truly a blessing, so make time to join us this Sunday! We always begin with our LifeTeen Mass at 6:00 PM and all ages are welcome, so bring your whole family. This is immediately followed by Life Nights, which is just for high school aged teens. Here we discuss current issues in the lives of teens in an interactive and engaging way.
We also have a Life Teen Prayer Group that meets every Wednesday at 7:30 PM. Led by teens, this gathering includes reflection, praise & worship, and community building. Open to all high school students.
